Introducing the DUC Power Plant

We are excited to announce Dallas United Crew is adding an indoor training facility called 'Power Plant' for Spring 2024! This amazing addition to DUC has been enabled by a generous, anonymous donor who shares our mission and vision for the growth of our organization. The Power Plant provides us with two training rooms, office space for staff, and RowDallas tutoring space that can also serve as a study hall before practice - creating an invaluable one-stop environment for our student-athletes to reach their fullest potentials. But most of all, it gives them access to a controlled environment in which they can gain mastery in their skills while also staying safe and healthy. We look forward to introducing this outstanding resource at the start of the new year!

Your Dues Include:

  • Full spectrum development across sweep, scull and coxswain disciplines.
  • Over 50 years' experience among head and assistant coaches from all corners of the country.
  • Powerful recruiting engine with individualized plans to orient athletes toward the right fit culturally, academically and to meet their athletic goals.
  • Relationships with coaches around the country to facilitate visits on our home lake and official/unofficial campus visits.
  • A holistic approach with our athletes - study, psychological and nutritional practices, injury prevention protocols, and the fostering of a community of athletes learning and growing together, with the expectation of each individual's best effort toward a common goal.
  • A commitment to STUDENT is first in STUDENT ATHLETE.

ATTENDANCE

DUC places a high value on commitment, dedication, and teamwork. Regular attendance is crucial for individual and team progress, skill development, and overall success. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to occasional absences. To strike a balance between promoting accountability and accommodating genuine reasons for missing practices, we have established an attendance policy found here.
