Erg Training Schedule

Continuing our quest to build fitness with our youngest athletes,  DUC is excited to offer erg training at the Power Plant upon the conclusion of our 2024 Fall season.  Choose from 2 options - Mondays & Wednesdays or Thursdays only, or combine for 3 workouts a week!

 

All sessions will be at the Power Plant
